By accessing or using the services, website, WooCommerce plugins, and APIs provided by Orbit Systems Ltd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Orbit Systems Ltd provides B2B e-commerce solutions, specifically software for cart interception and dynamic pricing integration between WooCommerce storefronts and backend Spring Boot APIs. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, API keys, and configuration settings associated with your use of our dashboard. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, design, text, and graphics associated with the Service are the intellectual property of Orbit Systems Ltd. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of our software without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Beta Release and Usage Restrictions

The current release of the Orbit Systems WooCommerce plugin is provided as a "Beta" version. By downloading, installing, or interacting with this software, you explicitly agree that it is provided strictly for testing and evaluation purposes. The Beta plugin must only be installed on staging, development, or testing environments. You agree not to use the Beta software on any live, production, or customer-facing website. Orbit Systems Ltd accepts no liability for any data loss, downtime, cart corruption, or pricing errors that occur as a result of installing the Beta software in a production environment.
